Can I send balloons to hospitals?
Yes however latex balloons are not allowed due to latex allergies. Mylar balloons are allowed. You can add candy or a stuffed animal to any balloon bouquet.

Can I send a gift to the hospitals if I don't know the patient's room number?
Yes. We will call hospital and ascertain the patient's room number.

For employee deliveries do I need a specific location?
Yes, you will need to provide us with building name, department and floor or suite number. Also include cell and department phone number. The New York hospitals are large and have many buildings. Correct information will insure your gift is delivered in a timely manor.
